Drone cleaning footage · Coral Gables
Soft-washing a Coral Gables high-rise facade by drone in flight
43 sec · Filmed on site at Belmont Village, Coral Gables · Vista Drone Cleaning
A tethered cleaning drone soft-washing the facade of a Coral Gables high-rise in flight. Vista Drone Cleaning — no ropes, lifts, or scaffolding; FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured.
What you are seeing
A working soft-wash pass across the upper facade. The fan pattern leaving the nozzle is heated sodium percarbonate solution at low pressure, enough to lift salt haze and biofilm off stone and stucco without driving water into joints.
Sodium percarbonate is an oxygen bleach: in water it dissociates into soda ash and hydrogen peroxide, which breaks down to water and oxygen. No sodium hypochlorite, so no chlorine odor pulled into outside-air intakes and no plant kill at grade.
About this project
This footage was filmed at Belmont Village Coral Gables, an occupied senior-living high-rise developed in collaboration with Baptist Health South Florida. Vista Drone Cleaning cleaned more than 100,000 square feet of facade at $0.20 per square foot over about two weeks, with the building fully occupied throughout — no scaffolding, no swing stages, no rope access, and no closed sidewalks or entrances.
- Tethered soft-wash drone to a manufacturer-published 150 ft, plus a 70 ft water-fed pole from grade — roughly 13 to 15 stories.
- Heated sodium percarbonate (oxygen bleach), so no sodium hypochlorite, no chlorine odor and no plant kill at grade.
- Flown under FAA Part 107 with $2M liability insurance in force.
