Workspace Property Trust, the owner of Miramar Centre II, a four-story Class A office building in the 93-acre Miramar Centre Corporate Park at I-75 and Miramar Parkway, reached out with a problem on a clock: a prospective tenant walkthrough was scheduled for Thursday, and the building’s exterior needed to be spotless for it.
The property manager called Vista because traditional methods couldn’t get there in time: cleaning the entire building by lift or scaffold takes far longer than the days available, even more so on such short notice. The job was confirmed Monday afternoon, leaving less than three days, with no room for heavy equipment taking over the parking lot or blocking entrances at a busy, well-kept office park. First impressions decide walkthroughs, and the deadline was not moving.
Mobilized overnight, on site by morning
