Drone Pilot (Lucid Drone Platform)

Miami, FL Full-time $51,324 – $120,000 / year

Run on-site cleaning jobs with our tethered Lucid Drone Technologies platform — washing building facades, high-rise windows, roofs, and solar arrays on commercial properties across South Florida. This is a founding-pilot role with real room to grow into lead pilot / operations as we expand.

Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, and operate the Lucid drone cleaning system on commercial job sites
Plan flight paths and cleaning patterns for facades, windows, roofs, and solar installations
Manage tether lines, water/cleaning-solution delivery, and ground support equipment
Perform pre- and post-flight inspections and basic maintenance
Follow FAA Part 107 regulations and all site-specific safety protocols
Communicate professionally with property managers and on-site contacts
Document completed work (photos/video) for client reporting

Qualifications

Hands-on experience operating the Lucid Drone Technologies cleaning platform (or an equivalent tethered cleaning drone system) — required
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — required
Comfortable working at heights and around high-rise buildings
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of Vista Drone Cleaning on-site

Window Washer (Water-Fed Pole)

Miami, FL Full-time $20 – $35 / hour

We're hiring a founding window washer experienced with water-fed pole systems to clean windows, glass storefronts, and low- to mid-rise building exteriors on commercial and residential properties across South Florida — delivering spot-free results and representing Vista Drone Cleaning with our clients.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate water-fed pole systems (including pure/deionized water tanks and pumps)
Clean windows, glass storefronts, and exterior surfaces on commercial and residential properties
Inspect and maintain water-fed pole equipment, hoses, and brushes
Load and unload equipment and supplies from the work vehicle
Follow all safety protocols, including working near traffic, ladders, and building access points
Communicate professionally with property managers, business owners, and on-site contacts
Document completed work (photos) for client reporting

Qualifications

Prior window washing or exterior cleaning experience preferred
Familiarity with water-fed pole systems a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of Vista Drone Cleaning on-site

Pressure Washing Crew Lead & Technicians

Miami, FL Full-time $25 – $30.11 / hour

We're building out our core pressure-washing crew with two openings: a Crew Lead who can run jobs independently, train newer techs, and manage equipment and scheduling on-site; and entry-level Pressure Washing Technicians (no experience required — paid training provided).

Responsibilities

Operate pressure-washing equipment safely on residential and commercial properties (driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, roofs, decks, fences)
Set up, maintain, and break down equipment at each job site
Follow safety protocols, especially around chemicals, ladders, and roof access
Communicate professionally with customers on-site and keep job sites clean
Crew Lead: assign tasks, quality-check completed work, and report job status

Qualifications

Crew Lead: 1+ years of professional pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience; comfortable working at heights and on ladders; strong leadership and communication
Technician (entry-level): no experience necessary — paid training provided
Physically able to work outdoors, lift equipment, and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for technicians, required for Crew Lead)
