In this clip the drone climbs past the living green wall at Belmont Village and on up past the metal sun-screens stacked above it. Two very different surfaces sit on one elevation, and the same pass has to clean both.

One elevation, many materials
That is normal on high-end residential buildings in South Florida. This one mixes coral stone, stucco, glass, painted metal and planting. Each soils differently: stone and stucco hold growth in their pores, metal collects grit on its top faces, and glass picks up salt film and water spots.
So the solution and its strength are chosen for the most sensitive surface the pass will touch, not the dirtiest. It goes on at low pressure and is rinsed with purified water, so the glass dries without spots and the planting and paint are left as they were.
Before a site survey, it helps to have a list of the facade materials from the building's drawings or original specification. If you do not have one, we identify them on site and set the chemistry before any work starts.

Mixed substrates on one elevation are normal on Class-A residential. Planting, painted metal, stone and glass each tolerate different chemistry, so the mix has to suit every surface it touches.
About this project
This footage was filmed at Belmont Village Coral Gables, an occupied senior-living high-rise. Vista Drone Cleaning cleaned more than 130,000 square feet of exterior (facade, windows, floor surfaces and the parapet) at $0.20 per square foot, all in, in seven days, with no scaffolding, swing stages, rope access or lifts and no closures.
