When we fly and when we stop
Our limits are simple. We pause when gusts reach 20 mph, and sustained wind has to stay under 15 mph, the drone maker's rating. When a storm moves in, the drone comes down and the crew waits it out.
Rain does not do the cleaning for you. A downpour rinses off loose dust, but the algae, mildew and salt film that make a facade look tired stay put. That is what the soft wash is there to remove.
Weather is why the schedule matters as much as the price. The Belmont Village scope, facade, windows, floor surfaces and the parapet on an occupied campus, ran seven days. If your building has a hard deadline, such as an inspection or a tenant walkthrough, tell us early and ask any contractor how they handle weather days.

About this project
This footage was filmed at Belmont Village Coral Gables, an occupied senior-living high-rise. Vista Drone Cleaning cleaned more than 130,000 square feet of exterior (facade, windows, floor surfaces and the parapet) at $0.20 per square foot, all in, in seven days, with no scaffolding, swing stages, rope access or lifts and no closures.
