What you are seeing
A ground-level walk around the truck during the Belmont Village project, tracing the water path that feeds the drone: carbon block filters, a DI resin tank, and the hot-water system where the cleaning solution is injected, with the drone working the facade overhead.
The order of the water path is the point: carbon block filters strip sediment and chlorine, the DI resin tank pulls dissolved minerals out of the water, the water is heated, and the cleaning solution is injected into the hot water before it hits the glass under pressure. That complete chain — not any single stage — is what leaves windows spotless with no hand-drying.
About this project
This footage was filmed at Belmont Village Coral Gables, an occupied senior-living high-rise developed in collaboration with Baptist Health South Florida. Vista Drone Cleaning cleaned more than 100,000 square feet of facade at $0.20 per square foot over about two weeks, with the building fully occupied throughout — no scaffolding, no swing stages, no rope access, and no closed sidewalks or entrances.
- Tethered soft-wash drone to a manufacturer-published 150 ft, plus a 70 ft water-fed pole from grade — roughly 13 to 15 stories.
- Heated sodium percarbonate (oxygen bleach), so no sodium hypochlorite, no chlorine odor and no plant kill at grade.
- Flown under FAA Part 107 with $2M liability insurance in force.
