Rope Access Window Cleaning in Wynwood, Miami | Glass Behind Railings and Fins

16 sec · Filmed on site at Sentral Wynwood, 51 NW 26th St, Miami · Vista Drone Cleaning

Rope access window cleaning at Sentral Wynwood, filmed from the rope: Vista's rope access technician works down the facade, cleaning the glass behind the railings and metal fins and in the tight inside corners. Licensed and $2M insured.

What you are seeing

Looking down from the rope as the technician descends past the railings and metal fins, with the glass behind them and the courtyard below.

Most of the building was open glass, which the drone cleans fastest. Rope access took the rest: windows set behind railings and fins, tight inside corners, and the mold and mineral streaks that needed a hand on the glass.

About this project

This footage was filmed at Sentral Wynwood, a mixed-use apartment building at 51 NW 26th St with shops and a restaurant at street level. Vista Drone Cleaning cleaned the facade and every exterior window in 2 days on site, with the drone and a rope access crew working at the same time and every shop open throughout.

  • A maintenance of traffic (MOT) plan, City permits and meter spaces rented from the Miami Parking Authority for the work over the street.
  • Tethered drone on the open glass, rope access behind the railings and fins and in the inside corners.
  • Every pane finished with deionized water, so it dries spot-free.
  • About $0.10 per sq ft, facade and windows together.
  • Flown under FAA Part 107 with $2M liability coverage.
